Elliott House is a purpose-built home offering support to six adults with learning disabilities and associated complex support needs, including challenging behaviour.

Using a person-centred approach, we ensure each individual has a support plan tailored to them, helping them achieve their unique goals and aspirations. Our caring team is here to help each individual learn new skills, build their confidence, and support their journey towards greater independence.

We believe in fostering connections and a sense of belonging, encouraging everyone to join in with fun activities both at home, and in the community. We’re here to help each person we support live a happy and fulfilling life.

At Elliott House, we encourage the people we support to get involved in activities both in-house and out in the community, so they can develop their confidence and independence. With close by transport links to Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster and Leeds, we are always exploring new places! Some of the activities we enjoy includes shopping, bowling, swimming, going to the zoo, visiting the cinema, and going to the beach on warmer days!

Facilities

We have four bedrooms, each with ensuite facilities, as well as two self-contained apartments, which have their own bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living area including a kitchenette.

The home has a number of communal areas, offering the option of spending time with others or relaxing alone. These include a lounge, a fully accessible kitchen and an activity room with sensory equipment.

We also have a well-maintained garden and a large patio area.
