The REDS programme, recognise, empower, develop and succeed.
The REDS programme is an inclusive pan-disability football and physical activity project for young people aged 8-25 years in Barnsley.
It supports confidence, wellbeing and skill development while creating fun, safe spaces and clear pathways into ongoing sport, leadership and competition opportunities.
