NHS, South West Yorkshire Partnership are holding free exercise support groups so why not come along to our meeting for local people to support and motivate each and you can enjoy...
- Meeting other people that can exercise with you
- Plan activities to do together (including pool exercises/Tai Chi/Walking)
- Half an hour sessions of chair based exercise
- Groups are held in Hoyland and Monk Bretton and there is no need to book, just come along.
