We have set schedules to ensure you have continuity and consistency of carer to allow us to build a rapport and gain your trust.

We are an experienced team that can guide you through our support process and are able to refer to GPs, District Nurse Team, aids and adaptations, physio’s, Occupational therapists, speech and language team when needed to give you peace of mind.

Our carers are all trained to monitor clients skin and pressure area so they can refer to district nurses when a concern is identified.

We are trained in all aspects of moving and handling including hoists, rota stands, walking aids, slide sheets etc. We are also trained to deliver medication in a safe way with all carers checked against competency guidelines.
