Description

Do you want stronger muscles, bones and joints? do you want to learn new movements, habits and routines? then I invite you to join me for a home exercise session.

As a Level 4 Yoga Teacher, Postural Stability Instructor, iMoveFreely Pilates Instructor and Meditation Teacher with over 25 years teaching experience, I will support and guide you on your journey to improve quality of life, strengthening and balancing your body & mind.

omJane exercises and techniques will help limit the effects of age related decline on the body, whilst gaining all the physical & mental benefits exercise offers. 

Hatha Yoga open level. Enhance your health & well-being with Hatha Yoga practice, taught in the authentic style of omJane, predominantly mat work with some standing asanas. You will be encouraged to practice Yoga postures, movements, and stretches with thought & consideration for your breath & your body, you will work within your own capabilities exploring the poses, movements, and techniques to work towards physical improvement and all the wonderful developments to mind, & body that Yoga brings. Yoga is a light that once lit will never dim.

Over 50s iMove Pilates. This workshop-style session will really set you up for the week, with a standing & mat Pilates routine. Gentle stretches, breath work & posture checks will flow between core work & iMove freely techniques. Do you want to feel stronger, be less prone to back aches & joint niggles, build confidence in your body, gain core strength, and better posture? Then this positive, fun & empowering session is for you. Enjoying Improvement Through Movement.
