Open Country are coming to Barnsley and it's a great opportunity to try something new!
Open Country, the Yorkshire charity (RCN 1107331) enables people with disabilities to access and enjoy the countryside. We have a wide variety of activities on offer and welcome new people to get involved, either as a volunteer or a disabled member.
We have taster sessions October - December 2023 onwards.
- Sunday 21st January - Soup and Starlings - Birdwatching and light lunch
- Wednesday 24th January - Walking Burbage Edge
- Wednesday 7th February - Climbing
- Wednesday 21st February - Walking Cusworth and Sprotbrough
- Sunday 25th February - Brodsworth Hall & Gardens
- Sunday 10th March - Lambing Live Cannon Hall
- Wednesday 13th March Magic of Middle Earth - Barnsley Museum
