Description

Founded in 2017, Mirai Management is a small CQC registered, specialist care provider offering dedicated home and community support for adults (18+) with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, autism, mental health challenges, and those who need support to live independently.

 

Our approach is different. We don’t just aim to fulfil your care needs, we aim to help fulfil your life. We take time to truly get to know you, your family, and your goals. We carefully recruit and match Personal Assistants and Carers specifically for you, and you meet them before they begin. This ensures you feel comfortable and confident in who is supporting you.

 

We believe long-term relationships create better care and better outcomes, not a rotation of unfamiliar faces.

Your carers are trained for your individual needs, employed and managed by us, and supported by our Care managers who stay in regular contact to make sure everything feels right, because good care should feel safe, comfortable and empowering.
