We are one of BMBC's Extra Care Scheme that is run and operated by The Guinness Partnership for people over the age of 55 years.
We have 47 two-bedroom apartments, 4 two-bedroom apartments for shared ownership and 1 one-bedroom apartment.
We are able to offer housing related support and have a host of activities taking place throughout the week.
Apply for extra care or older person's housing
You must be 55 years or over and have an assessment by social services. Checking to sure you qualify to live in extra care housing. Find out more about having a social care assessment.
Anyone can apply for older person's housing that's not an extra care scheme if they're over 60.
