NHS - EQUALITY DELIVERY SYSTEM WORKSHOPS - WAITING TIMES

SWYPFT would like to invite you to the Equality Delivery System 2 workshop. The theme for this year is “Waiting Times” in learning disability services and we would like to get your feedback, views on this for our Trust services.

We want to make sure that our services meet the needs of all our local communities and we would like you to grade us on our approaches - this will help make sure our services are more accessible and meet the needs of our local groups and our local communities.

There are 2 workshops taking place in January 2023; dates and booking details for either workshop are on the attached easy read poster.

The Workshops are online via MS Teams on:

Wednesday 11th January 2023 from 1pm -3pm

Tuesday 17th January 2023 from 1pm - 3pm
