Description
NUcare is owned and ran by two registered nurses with over 20 years’ experience combined, within the care sector.
We care for vulnerable adults aged 18+ and elderly, assisting with all activities of daily living within their own homes, such as:
Assistance with
- Hygiene (washing and dressing)
- Elimination needs (including stoma, urostomy & catheter care)
- Nutrition and hydration (including Peg feeds)
- Mental health well-being
- Medications
- Daily chores
- Mobilising (i.e. Transferring in and out of bed etc)
Being nurse-led means that a nursing standard is at the backbone of our care delivery.
