Rubies Limited aims to provide high quality services to vulnerable young people and adults in a pleasant home environment and provide them with fully integrated opportunities, in line with their individual needs, to enhance their development, health and safety and to provide them with the skills to lead successful, fulfilling, and productive lives.

Our Personal Care provision was set up in 2020 to provide Personal Care and support to vulnerable people and we added Supported Living as a service in 2022. We are registered with CQC and our rating is ‘Good’.

Our aim is to ensure that all our clients are supported to enjoy fulfilling and independent lives as much as possible and Rubies Limited are committed to the highest standards and quality of care and support delivery driven by person-centeredness at the core of our practice.

We boast a huge staff complement commensurate with the growth of the business. Staff are highly trained and employed with the necessary skills, experience, and qualifications for the provision of high-quality service to our clients with a wide range of care and support needs, including Learning Disabilities, Autism and including Challenging Behaviours.

Our staff are trained to a high standard and we continue to invest in further development and training to ensure they are able to respond to individuals changing needs and wishes.

We provide Domiciliary Care and Supported Living services across South Yorkshire.
