Description
We are a group of Christians who meet together to worship God, and seek his guidance for our lives, to be in fellowship together and to take the good news of Jesus Christ to all the people of Penistone and district.
We hope you will join us in our worship, through song, prayer and hearing God’s word. If you would like to know more about us, or more importantly, more about God, then please come and talk to us.
Our Sunday Service is weekly at 10.30am and welcomes all the family.
Children's Church
After the worship section of the service (about 20 minutes), we pray for the young people as they go out to their individual church groups. There are groups for all ages, including teenagers and these are led by members of the church all of whom are DBS checked. In the young people’s groups, the study material is from Scripture Union and through this, we particularly encourage story telling, discussion, craft, drama and chat.
We are passionate about our young people enjoying their church experience and this includes the home bakes and juice at the end of the service.
