Description

The NetReach Project offers free and non-judgemental support to anyone (16+) who is at risk of or who has experienced online harms or tech abuse, including intimate image abuse, cyberstalking, online exploitation and grooming, online harassment, and cyberbullying. We also undertake online outreach work and offer support to individuals who advertise sexual services/sell sexual content online.

The team offer a range of support from brief guidance and advice to ongoing 1-1 interventions including:

  • Specialist online safety advice and guidance 
  • Harm minimisation advice and safety planning 
  • Support with the removal of images/videos/harmful content 
  • Help to remove spyware from devices 
  • Sexual health resources
  • Support to report
  • Help accessing local referral pathways (such as mental health, support groups and recovery services) 
  • Emotional support and therapeutic interventions
  • Specialist support groups and drop-ins

Our service is person centered and can be accessed remotely via text/call/email/video call or in person. We provide support for individuals (16+) based anywhere in South Yorkshire and North Yorkshire. There are also NetReach workers based in Northumbria, Durham, Darlington, Liverpool, Wolverhampton and Walsall.
