Our primary focus revolves around delivering regulated activities in the Personal Care sector to individuals aged 18 to 65+ years. These individuals come to us through both private inquiries and referrals from local councils.

Our dedicated team of carers carries out a wide range of responsibilities in the service users' homes, offering domiciliary care, night care, dementia care, complex care, home care and  live-in care.

This can include:

• Assisting with maintaining personal hygiene standards.
• Undertaking tasks such as running baths, arranging clothing, washing, and ironing.
• Facilitating appointments for services like hairdressing and medical consultations.
• Preparing meals, encouraging healthy eating habits, and ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment.
• Administering medication when required.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.

We have carers from all backgrounds which helps because you cannot provide excellent care if you cannot communicate effectively with the service user. We want to provide person-centred care, offering a carer that speaks their language and is aware of their religious beliefs. We are also able to cater for people with special needs.
