Motion is an award-winning social enterprise that designs and delivers interactive exercises to tackle social isolation and increase physical activity, amongst older adults.
We predominantly operate in care homes. However, our vision is to increase the health and happiness of the elderly population of Barnsley and eventually nationwide.
